WhatsApp local backup not found

If WhatsApp does not prompt to restore from LOCAL backup, like below, I suggest to:

1. disable WhatsApp Google Drive backups - you can enable them back after Windows Phone messages have been imported
2. avoid uninstalling WhatsApp when WazzapMigrator asks you to do so, but reset it its place
